3D Laser Tracker systems enable us to accurately measure, align and position large (or small) objects to precise 3-D coordinates.
The speed, range and precision of this technology are unsurpassed and enables an absolute measurement accuracy of <0.025 mm within a few meters combined with a total working volume of 320m! Through smart analysis solutions and the versatility of the Laser Tracking technology the possible applications are endless.
Our solution

We are unique in our ability to combine 3D measurements and dimensional control with other (field) measurement or simulation techniques.
We have successfully applied this technology for many (complex) geometrical measurements such as production line assemblies, (large) part inspections and precision alignment of large machinery like diesel engines, steam/gas turbines, generators and compressor installations.
In certain cases, to generate the best possible results, the 3D laser tracking system can be combined with 3D laser scanning for determining and plotting installation coordinates in large scale construction and machinery installation projects. Depending on the complexity of the problem the appropriate, most effective methods are selected for diagnosis, in-depth analyses and/or solution engineering.

We only work with the most modern, advanced and hi-end equipment available. The Leica AT402 and AT403 Absolute tracker are light weight portable coordinate measurement systems that allows extreme accuracy over ultra large distances. The battery powered system allows cable free operation and can be remotely controlled via IR or wireless LAN. Boundaries are crossed and new applications become available through its IP54 rating and large selection of accessory tools and probes for accessing hidden points.
