Easy-Brace®

Small Bore Connections (SBCs) and main lines are particularly susceptible to vibration-induced fatigue, which can lead to pipework failure. Easy-Brace® is an off-the-shelf, universal pipework bracing product that can be configured on site for each application.

The system is guaranteed to fit all standard SBC geometries and provides an effective alternative to bespoke bracing solutions typically used to meet Energy Institute Guidelines.

Anti-vibration protection rating options

Easy-Brace® reduces the risk of piping failures and can be configured to provide different levels of protection to suit the application.
The standard two-arm configuration meets the requirements of the Energy Institute (EI) Guidelines for bolted clamps and braces.

2-arm configuration

Low risk, precautionary

Standard Easy-Brace® arrangement compliant with EI Guidelines for bolted SBC bracing. Suitable for low-risk vibration environments and precautionary protection.

3-arm configuration

Medium risk

Provides increased stiffness and improved vibration control where higher excitation forces or fatigue risk have been identified.
