Balancing on site

Imbalance is typically corrected by adding or removing compensating masses at prescribed rotor locations to counter initial unbalance. We test the effect of trial masses on balancing planes we define, such as wheel flanges, fan blades, predicted balancing holes, or slopes, then use our calculation software to determine the correction mass magnitude and location.

Our workshop supports all types of rotors, from less than 500 grams to over 5,500 kilograms. With five modern balancing machines, computer systems, and precision measurement equipment, our specialist team delivers accurate, repeatable balance results for every job.

Imbalance is corrected by adding or removing compensating masses at prescribed locations. We test trial masses on defined balancing planes and use calculation software to identify the correction mass and position.
