Machine Sentry® Online
Machine Sentry® Online is an online condition monitoring and protection solution for measuring vibrations and process data from machinery.
The Machine Sentry® Online system automatically detects a machines state, running, stopped, start-up, high load, low load, and establishes different alarms for each state.
An online condition monitoring and protection solution for measuring vibrations and process data rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, gearboxes, cranes, compressors, wind turbines, gas and steam turbines, electric motors as well as static equipment such as bridges, platform constructions and ship hulls.
Machine Sentry® Online has 8 high speed dynamic inputs, with an optional additional 4 static inputs available. Available as standard with either WiFi or GPRS antenna enabling the system to continuously connect to the web and display the data in a web portal. The enclosure can also be upgraded for ATEX environments where needed.
Its small size, low power consumption and high storage capability make the system easy to install, operate and maintain while still delivering all of the functions required by expert analysts or plant operators including the ability to monitor calculated parameters, based on formulas.

The Machine Sentry Online system registers any alarm and machine condition change into an alarm log where both the currently active and historical alarms can be sorted, acknowledged or deleted by the user.
